By accessing or using NeuroEdit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NeuroEdit provides a browser-based video editing platform that uses AI to transcribe and organize media assets. The service is provided "as is" and is currently in beta.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. NeuroEdit uses Firebase Authentication to manage user access.
4. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to NeuroEdit. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., generating transcriptions, rendering previews).
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process the content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. Prohibited activities include uploading malicious code, attempting to bypass security measures, or using the Service to process illegal content.
6. Billing and Quotas
Usage of the Service is subject to quotas and tiers as described on our pricing page. During the beta period, certain features may be provided for free, but we reserve the right to introduce fees or change pricing at any time.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
NeuroEdit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
